Standard Li-Ion batteries for medical devices to be presented
at COMPAMED 2017
Electric Fuel will display its new range of smart standard batteries for the medical device industry at COMPAMED 2017, which will take place November 13–16, 2017 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
The company will exhibit a complete line of batteries in Hall 8b/L33.
After passing the tests for the European safety standard IEC-62133, Electric Fuel standard batteries for the medical device industry can bear the CE safety marking. The company also holds ISO-13485 medical quality system certification.
“The fact that our batteries succeeded in passing the tests is another step toward achieving our goal of becoming a key player in the medical device battery market, offering high-quality batteries at affordable prices,” said Ronen Badichi, president of Electric Fuel. “We see growing interest in our batteries, and we are currently negotiating with several European distributors who are interested in representing our product range.”
Electric Fuel offers a premium product based on Li-Ion cells from Tier 1 global vendors. Its standard batteries come in a wide variety of capacities, voltages, sizes and form factors, together with unprecedented reliability. The company already offers the EMB-2020 Model (equivalent to DR-202) and intends to soon release other popular models to meet different customer requirements and enable comprehensive solutions.
Electric Fuel also provides a wide variety of custom batteries and charging solutions such as embedded chargers, desktop chargers and multi-channel chargers for hospitals.
