Electric Fuel’s Standard Medical Li-ion Batteries Pass IEC-62133 Safety Tests
The company will exhibit its standard Li-ion batteries for medical devices at COMPAMED 2017 in Düsseldorf
Düsseldorf, Germany, November 9, 2017 – Electric Fuel will present its new range of smart standard batteries for the medical device industry at COMPAMED 2017, which will take place November 13–16, 2017 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
The company will exhibit a complete line of medical batteries in Hall 8b/L33.
After passing the tests for the European safety standard IEC-62133, Electric Fuel standard batteries for the medical device industry can bear the CE safety marking. The company also holds ISO-13485 medical quality system certification.
“The fact that our batteries succeeded in passing the tests is another step toward achieving our goal of becoming a key player in the medical device battery market, offering high-quality batteries at affordable prices,” said Ronen Badichi, president of Electric Fuel. “We see growing interest in our batteries, and we are currently negotiating with several European distributors who are interested in representing our product range.”
